Central Electric is selling its property located at 43453 SD Highway 34 in Howard, South Dakota. This follows the construction of a new shop on the west side of town.
Timeline for the sale process:
- April 24: Interested parties may view the property from noon to 4:30 p.m. If you can't attend at this time, you may contact MorganTheeler LLP for a special appointment.
- April 30: All written bids must be received by MorganTheeler LLP in Mitchell by 5:00 p.m.
- May 8: Private bid closing. Responsible bidders who submitted written bids will be invited to a final bid review where they may increase their bids.
