Each year, Central Electric Cooperative hosts local District Meetings and the Annual Meeting for the cooperative membership. This is an opportunity for members to take part in the business meeting and connect with cooperative employees, directors and fellow members. Come for a free meal and the opportunity to learn more about your cooperative.
 

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting will be held at the Corn Palace in Mitchell on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026. In accordance with South Dakota Codified Law, the official notice was mailed to the membership 10-25 days prior to the meeting. The agenda is below. We hope to see you there!
